ADOPT™ is Clearpath's structured methodology for driving CRM user adoption in post-go-live organisations. Unlike standard training, which focuses on product features, ADOPT™ addresses the behavioural, process, and cultural barriers that cause CRM failure. It combines Prosci change management principles with Dynamics 365-specific expertise to move users from resistance to routine.
ADOPT™ engagements are fixed-price and structured around your specific adoption challenges. The minimum engagement is five days, though most organisations benefit from a phased approach. Duration depends on user count, complexity, and how embedded the resistance is. We scope this clearly before any commitment is made.
The earlier the better, but we specialise in post-go-live recovery. If your Dynamics 365 system has been live for any length of time and users aren't engaging with it consistently, that's exactly the situation ADOPT™ is designed for. You don't need to be in crisis. Underutilisation is enough of a trigger.
Clearpath CRM is UK-wide. Most diagnostic and advisory work is conducted remotely, with on-site delivery available where it adds value. Location is not a barrier to engagement.
Clients who want ongoing protection move to ADOPT+, our managed support service. This provides a bounded number of support hours per month, banded by user count, covering break-fix issues, optimisation requests, and continued adoption reinforcement. There's no obligation, but most clients find the transition natural once the initial engagement delivers results.
